The Health and Wellness Resource Center serves as the community center of the “Medical Home “.  It is meant to serve the community by providing comprehensive programs in support of the community.

The programs of the Center are designed to provide for the physical and emotional needs of the members. This is done in a setting that provides for human interaction to meet the social needs of the community.
